Most agencies wait for a portfolio to arrive. We tend to find people before they have one.
BIZARRE AGENCY was founded by Kaan and Caleb. A lot of the faces we represent were not looking for an agency at all. They were on a train, behind a counter, waiting for a friend. What we notice first is rarely the look on its own. It is energy and presence, and the way someone carries themselves when nobody is watching.
It usually starts with one question: have you ever thought about modelling? The conversation that follows tells us more than any set of measurements. From there we take it slowly. Test shoots, the first casting, the first job. Nobody is sent into a room they have not been prepared for.
We would rather be mentors than agents. Signing someone is the beginning of the work, not the point of it, and it is a collaboration rather than a contract. The part we care about most is being there when the big moment finally comes.
